    Selection of Phase-transition Temperature and Preparation of Polysaccharide Thermosensitive Gel for External Application

    • 摘要: 目的建立外用多糖温敏凝胶处方筛选的方法并筛选处方。方法以泊洛沙姆为主要基质,通过考察凝胶相变温度及相变时间的关系,建立固定环境温度下相变时间的对数lgt-相变温度T曲线,并以此筛选处方。结果处方P407/P188(17%/1%)相变温度为29~30 ℃,相变时间为30~60 s。结论筛选所得处方符合夏枯草多糖温敏凝胶外用的要求,并为同类制剂的处方筛选提供可借鉴的方法。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To develop a method for formula selection of polysaccharide thermosensitive gel for external application,which was carried out in the study. METHODS Prunella vulgaris polysaccharide thermosensitive gel was mainly prepared with poloxamer by screening prescription with the curve of lgt(phase-transition time)-T(phase-transition temperature),which was developed by investigating the relationship of T and t at a certain environment temperature. RESULTS It showed that P407/P188(17%/1%), the phase-transition temperature and time of which were 29-30 ℃ and 30-60 s,respectively. CONCLUSION It meets the requirements of polysaccharide thermosensitive gel for external application. Actually it also provides a referred selection method for preparations of this kind.
