Abstract: 1 women aged 43 years, Main reason is the vocal cord polyp is admitted to the hospital. In the preoperative application of Ceftezole treatment, after treatment, the patients with white blood cells and neutrophils continued to rise, eosinophilic cells decreased. Patients without any symptoms of infection ,C reactive protein and calcitonin were normal value, No blood system diseases were examined by bone marrow aspiration. Disable ceftezole, patients white blood cell and granular cells and eosinophilic returned to normal.
