五加皮提取物对鼠离体肠平滑肌活动的影响

    Effect of Extractive from Acanthopanacis Cortex on Mice Intestinal Smooth Muscles in Vitro

    • 摘要: 目的 通过动物离体平滑肌实验测试分析系统,观察五加皮提取物对大鼠肠平滑肌的作用,并对其中的作用机制进行分析探讨。方法 分析五加皮提取物对乙酰胆碱、CaCl2和高钾引起的鼠十二指肠平滑肌自主收缩的影响,并对其中的作用机制进行初步分析。结果 五加皮提取物对鼠离体十二指肠平滑肌自主收缩、Ach诱导鼠十二指肠平滑肌收缩、高钾去极化诱导的鼠十二指肠平滑肌收缩均具有明显抑制作用,在0.8~4.0 mg·mL-1内呈明显的量效关系。结论 五加抑制肠平滑肌收缩的机制可能与阿托品相似,即可能为M胆碱受体阻断剂或作用于其他受体操纵的Ca2+通道,与电压依赖性通道无关。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of extractive from Acanthopanacis Cortex on contraction of mice intestinal smooth muscles in vitro and explore the possible mechanisms. METHODS To observe the effect of different dosage on the spontaneous activity of intestinal smooth muscle in mice. Acetylcholine, CaCl2 or KCl were investigated. RESULTS Extractive from Acanthopanacis Cortex exerted an inhibitory effect on the contraction induced by Ach and KCl, also on the spontaneous activity, the effect was dose-dependent in 0.8-4.0 mg·mL-1. CONCLUSION The mechanism of the inhibition of Acanthopanacis Cortex is the contraction of mice intestinal smooth muscles resembles the mechanism of atrophine, which is irrelevant with voltage dependent calcium channel.
