双花百合片的化学成分研究

    Chemical Constituents from Shuanghua Baihe Tablets

    • 摘要: 目的 研究双花百合片的化学成分。方法 综合采用大孔树脂、C18、Sephadex LH-20、MCI等柱色谱方法对双花百合片干膏粉进行分离纯化,通过高效液相色谱、薄层色谱和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果 从双花百合片干膏粉中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为绿原酸(Ⅰ)、木兰花碱(Ⅱ)、非洲防己碱(Ⅲ)、表小檗碱(Ⅳ)、黄连碱(Ⅴ)、药根碱(Ⅵ)、小檗碱(Ⅶ)及巴马汀(Ⅷ),并确认归属到各药材。结论 化合物Ⅰ来源于药材金银花,Ⅱ~Ⅷ来源于药材黄连。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from Shuanghua Baihe tablets. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by the methods of macroporous resin, C18, Sephadex LH-20, MCI column chromatography, and the structures were elucidated by the means of HPLC, TLC and spectral analysis, and physiochemical properties. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as chlorogenic acid (Ⅰ), magnoflorine (Ⅱ), columbamine (Ⅲ), epiberberine (Ⅳ), coptisine (Ⅴ), jatrorrhizine (Ⅵ), berberine (Ⅶ), and palmatine (Ⅷ). All the isolates were assigned to herbs. CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ belongs to Lonicera Japonica Flos, and compounds Ⅱ-Ⅷ belong to Coptis Rhizoma.
