Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To provide an anti-infection therapeutic regimen of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and promote rational administration. METHODS A case of anti-infection treatment of Stenotrophomonas Maltophilia was reported and analyzed. Relevant literature was reviewed. RESULTS By using cefepime, imipenem cilastatin combined with linezolid, the patient’s infection was not well controlled. Later cefoperazone sulbactam combined with moxifloxacin was used, the patient gradually improved. The available literature suggested that this therapeutic regimen was feasible. CONCLUSION Using cefoperazone sulbactam combined with moxifloxacin has curative an effect on the infection of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, but wheter it’s optimal program is difficult to assess whether it is the optimal scheme needs further clinical experiments.
