Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of ethylene dichloride in drug packaging material of polyethylene dichloride by headspace GC-ECD. METHODS An HP-INNOWax(30.0 m×320 μm, 0.25 μm) capillary column and ECD detector was adopted. The headspace equivilent temperature was 80 ℃ for 30 min, the oven temperature was 50 ℃, inlet temperature was 200 ℃ and detector temperature was 300 ℃, the current was 1 nA. He was used as carrier gas. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS The method had a linear range in 2.0-150.0 ng (r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 99.1%, RSD=0.6%. CONCLUSION The headspace GC-ECD method is accurate, sensitive to determine ethylene dichloride in drug packaging material of polyethylene dichloride.
