Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for four effective ingredients in Zhizhukuanzhong capsule by HPLC. METHODS The analysis was performed with C
18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min
-1, column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃, the methods using gradient elution, dual wavelength detection and so on, quantitatively determined the four components of the preparation. RESULTS Atractylenolide I, hesperidin, saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d showed the good linear relationship in the ranges of 33.75-540 μg?mL
-1(r=0.999 7), 194.5-311.2 μg?mL
-1(r=0.999 5), 131.68-2 106.84 μg?mL
-1(r=0.999 7) and 17.08-273.32 μg?mL
-1(r=0.999 8), and the average recoveries were 99.58%, 99.41%, 99.77% and 99.86%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Zhizhukuanzhong capsule.
