Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety and efficacy of doxofylline and aminophylline for COPD patients. METHODS All of 120 patients with COPD were included in the study, of which control group of 60 patients were treated with aminophylline, and the observation group of 60 patients were treated with doxofylline. The safety and efficacy of the two groups were compared. RESULTS After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 98.33%, significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); the lung function index of VC, FVC, MVV%, MMF, PEF25 in observation group had significantly improved than control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 3.33%, significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Doxofylline in the treatment of COPD has a very significant effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
