Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method of specnuezhenide content in Shenrongzhenbao tablets. METHODS Separation was performed on a Ultimate XB-C
18-H column with methanol-water(38∶62) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 224 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min
-1, and the injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS In the range of 0.053 44~1.603 3 μg, the calibration curve showed good linearity(r=0.999 9). The average recovery of specnuezhenide was 96.90% and RSD was 0.93%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable with good repeatability, which can be used for the determination of specnuezhenide in Shenrongzhenbao tablets.
