Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine total polysaccharide in Fritiliariae Thunbergh Bulbus from three different habitats, including Panan, Ningbo and Haimen, expanding the relativity of the total polysaccharide in different habitats. METHODS Using the visible light spectrophotometric method to determine the contents of total alkaloids in Fritiliariae Thunbergh Bulbus. RESULTS The content of total polysaccharide in Fritiliariae Thunbergh Bulbus from Panan was 0.90%, the content from Ningbo was 0.78%, and the content from Haimen was 0.85%. CONCLUSION The content of total polysaccharide in Fritiliariae Thunbergh Bulbus from Panan is the highest, while the content of total polysaccharide in Fritiliariae Thunbergh Bulbus from Ningbo is the lowest, which provides a certain basis to the research about the comprehensive utilization of Fritiliariae Thunbergh Bulbus from different habitats of production.
