Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Chinese oil on radiation skin damage. METHODS Sixty one cases of Ⅱ-Ⅲ level radiation skin injury in cancer patients were observed, randomly divided into observation group(31 cases) and control group(30 cases). Observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, 3 times per day, while in control group were treated by Shirun Shaoshang Ointment. The therapeutic effect in two groups was observed. RESULTS Pain scores between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01). Pain relief time and skin healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Chinese oil has good therapeutic effect on radiation- induced skin injury.
