Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pharmacodynamic effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid complex (DG-PC) gels on mice with chronic dermatitis-eczema. METHODS The model of mice were established by 2,4-dinitrofluro- benzene. Micrometer was used to measure the central thickness of right ears and analytical balance to measure the weight of both ears. Then pathologic changes of the ear tissues were observed by light microscope, and lymphocytes were counted by Image-pro Plus software. RESULTS DG-PC gels could effectively decrease the ear swelling, reduce the infiltration of lymphocytes and improve the pathologic changes. The gel group of middle dose performed more significant. CONCLUSION DG-PC gels have significant effect on mice with chronic dermatitis-eczema, and the effect is dose-independent.
