Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the quality control of Jinlida granule. METHODS Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Puerariae Lobatae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and Epimedii Folium were identified by TLC on four thin-layer chromatographic plates. The content of matrine in samples was determined by using amino chemically bonded silica gel as the stationary phase, a mixture of acetonitrile, ethanol absolute and 2% phosphoric(84∶7∶9) as the mobile by HPLC. RESULTS The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the ranges of 87.6-3 650 ng(r=0.999 9) for matrine. The average recovery of matrine was 100.4%, RSD was 0.98%. The negative sample did not have interference on TLC identification. CONCLUSION The method of quality control is simple, rapid, feasible and applicable to comprehensive evaluation the quality of Jinlida granules.
