Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze the value, security and accuracy of western medicine related applications(Chinese version) in Apple's Official App Store, to provide a reference for application developers and users. METHODS Use "Medicine" as a keyword to search applications in Apple's Official App Store for analysis. RESULTS Applications developed by professional institutions were significantly better in qualification than the personal development of applications, and free applications better than paid applications. Some applications were no qualified. CONCLUSION Part of the applications are valuable, part are not qualified. Applications should be carefully evaluated in their qualification before be used.
