Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis of eye drops on treatment of visual fatigue. METHODS Out-patients with visual fatigue were chosen, and they had no other eye diseases or systemic disease with refractive error having been corrected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis of eye drops. The control group was given zhengzhu mingmu eye drops. To observe the various symptoms and inspect content for the change of time in 3-6 months. RESUILTS In treatment group, 40 cases were improved, and 156 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 98%, and the average treating was 60 days. After treatment sore eyes, eye expansion, dry eye, inspect content fuzzy were relieved. 20 cases in control group were improved, and the 120 were effective. The total effective rate was 70%. CONCLUSION The total effective rate of treatment group and control group has statistical significance(P<0.05). The conclusion shows that the Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis of eye drops can effectively alleviate visual fatigue symptoms, treatment of visual fatigue is the effective drugs, worthy of our application.
