超微粉碎对蒙药文冠木中总黄酮的体外溶出度影响

    Study on Dissolution Rate of General Flavonoides in Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bung by Technique of Superfine Grinding

    • 摘要: 目的 采用紫外分光光度法对文冠木普通粉和超微粉中主要有效成分总黄酮的溶出度进行比较。 方法 采用桨状搅拌法,紫外分光光度法在500 nm处测定文冠木普通粉与超微粉总黄酮的体外溶出度。 结果 文冠木超微粉中总黄酮在单位时间内的溶出速率明显高于普通粉,且溶出量较普通粉提高了约20%。 结论 微粉化技术能明显提高文冠木中主要有效成分总黄酮的体外溶出度。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a UV method for comparing the exoteric dissolution of general flavonoides between the ultra-micro and traditional powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung. METHODS The dissolution of general flavonoides from the ultra-micro and traditional powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung was determined by UV at a detection wavelength of 500 nm. RESULTS The dissolution rate of ultra-micro powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung was increased obviously than common powder. The dissolution amount raised 20% in ultra-micro powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung. CONCLUSION Superfine grinding can promote the dissolution of general flavonoides in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung.
