Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a new regulatory intervention mode with multidisciplinary collaboration for rational use of drug, and to explore a new method of rational use of drug supervision. METHODS A new model for rational use of drug with multidisciplinary collaboration has been established. Antibacterial drugs, traditional Chinese medicine injections and other assistant drug were investigated, feedback the problem in clinical, and evaluated the effects of the mode. The experience of regulatory intervention was also summarized. RESULTS Irrational use of antibiotics decreased, assistant drug ratio decreased significantly, Combined with three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections is seldom used, the rational use of drug in hospital are improved. CONCLUTION With the supervision of multidisciplinary collaboration, Promoted the clinical rational use of drug and the clinical pharmacy management, Specification for physician prescribing behavior, and to improve the quality of health care.
