摘要: 三氧化二砷(As₂O₃，ATO)在治疗人类急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)中发挥了不可替代的作用，鉴于其突出的医疗价值，人们在不同类型的癌症治疗中对其进行了应用。作为一个多靶点、多通路的治疗药物，ATO的应用尚有争论。无论如何，明确其药物作用机制，对进一步开展相关研究意义重大。本文就此做一综述。
