原子荧光光谱法测定不同产地油莎豆中重金属含量

    Determination of Heavy Metal Content in Cyperus Esculentus from Different Habitats by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 目的 测定不同产地油莎豆中重金属含量。方法 采用原子荧光光谱法测定油莎豆中Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量。 结果 不同产地油莎豆中重金属含量存在一定差异,但均远低于《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(2001)中重金属的限量标准,符合标准规定。结论 原子荧光光谱法快速、简便、准确,油莎豆中重金属含量的测定可为油莎豆的质量评价提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To determine the content of heavy metal in Cyperus esculentus from different producing areas. METHODS The content of As, Hg, Pb, and Cd in Cyperus esculentus were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. RESULTS There was a certain difference of heavy metal content in Cyperus esculentus from different producing areas, but all heavy metal contents were far below the Green Trade Standards of Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plants and Preparations (2001). The quality was in line with the standard requirements. CONCLUSION Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was rapid, simple and accurate, while the determination of heavy metal in Cyperus esculentus could provide reference for the quality evaluation of Cyperus esculentus.
