正交实验优选可注射载药凝胶Taxol/PECT体内抗肿瘤作用的给药方案

    Orthogonal Preferred Injectable Gel Containing Drug-loaded Taxol/PECT in Vivo Anti-tumor Effect of Dosage Regimen

    • 摘要: 目的 优化Taxol/PECT温敏性可注射原位载药凝胶体内抗肿瘤作用的给药方案。方法 采用正交试验设计,用L9(34)正交表研究不同因素、不同水平对小鼠肿瘤抑瘤率和体质量增长率的影响,选取最优给药方案。结果 综合对比分析,最优给药方案为给药剂量10 mg·kg-1,给药体积80 μL·(10 g)-1,于接种后4 d开始给药。结论 该方案对小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制效果、体质量增长效果较好,可以考虑把该方案用于后续的实验研究。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To optimize the anti-tumor effect of dosage regimen of the Taxol/PECT temperature-sensitive injectable drug-loaded gel in vivo. METHODS With the method of orthogonl experimental design, the effect of different factors and levels on the mouse tumor growth inhibition rate and body weight were detected by the L9(34) orthogonal array, and the optimal dosage regimen was selected. RESULTS After a comprehensive comparative analysis, the optimal dosage regimen was obtained with the dosage of 10 mg·kg-1, volume 80 μL·(10 g)-1, administered 4 d after vaccination. CONCLUSION The inhibitory effect of tumor growth and weight incresing is sort of nice, so the program could be considered for subsequent experiments.
