HPLC测定石榴健胃丸中桂皮醛和胡椒碱的含量

Determination of Cinnamaldehyde and Piperine in Shiliu Jianwei Pill by HPLC

摘要: 目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定石榴健胃丸中桂皮醛、胡椒碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱采用CAPCELL PAK C18( 4.6 mm×250 mm，5 mm)柱；流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60)；流速：1.0 mL·min^-1；检测波长：290 nm；柱温：30 ℃。结果桂皮醛在1.149 5～13.793 5 μg之间呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为97.27%，RSD为1.39%(n=6)；胡椒碱在0.726 4～2.724 μg之间呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为96.51%，RSD为1.39%。结论本法简便、准确，专属性强，可作为控制石榴健胃丸质量的方法。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Cinnamaldehyde and Piperine in Shiliu jianwei Pill. METHODS The analysis was performed on a CAPCELL PAK C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 mm)at 30℃ with acetonitrile-water (40∶60)as the mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 290nm. RESULITS Cinnamaldehyde have good linearity in the range of 1.149 5-13.793 5 μg(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 97.27% and RSD was 1.39% (n=6). Piperine have good linearity in the range of 0.726 4-2.724 μg, (r=0.999 1) respectively. The average recovery was 96.51% and RSD was 1.39% (n=6). CONCLUSION The established method is accurate, reliable and specific. The quality of the pill can be controlled by the method.
