Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Qishen jiangu granule on the hemorheological characteristics of the rat model with steriod-induced necrosis of femoral head(SINFH) and microcirculation of mice. METHODS Hemorheological test: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, model group, low-, medium-, high-dose group, and the positive control group, respectively. The hemorheological values of rats from each group were measured by automatic hemorheological rapid detector. Microcirculation experiment: ICR mice were divided into 5 groups namely control group, model group, and low-, medium-, high-dose group. laser Doppler perfusion flowmeter was adopted to detecting the microcirculation of the mice from each group. RESULTS Qishen jiangu granule could regulate the hemorheological change on the rats with SINFH, low- and medium-dose group indicated a better drug effect on all hemorheological indexes; and the drug promoted microcirculation of mice from each group, especially the blood flow rate in the ears of mice. CONCLUSION Qishen jiangu granule can obviously improve the hemoheological characteristics and microcirculatory disturbance on animal model with SINFH, so as to prevent it.
