“张氏三伏贴”抗哮喘组方优化研究

Study on Optimized Formula of Zhang’s Dog-days Paste for Treating Asthma

摘要: 目的以均匀试验法筛选优化中药“张氏三伏贴”的处方组成。方法使豚鼠吸入雾化2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组胺生理盐水溶液诱发哮喘。以均匀试验设计对“张氏三伏贴”处方进行拆方，分析其抗哮喘的组方。结果本试验最终确定了“张氏三伏贴”对抗豚鼠急性诱发型哮喘的最佳处方组成为：麻黄、甘遂(生)、白芥子(炒)、细辛，其最佳剂量比为：200 mg·kg^-1：75 mg·kg^-1：100 mg·kg^-1：150 μL·kg^-1。结论以此配伍组成的“张氏三伏贴”组方和阴性对照组相比较抗喘效果良好，安全性高。此组方的优化研究将为张氏三伏贴复方制剂开发提供依据。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To optimize the formula of Zhang’s dog-days paste by uniform design. METHODS 2% acetylcholine chloride and 0.1% histamine phosphate in physiological saline solution were used to induce asthma in guinea pig. The uniform design was applied to decompose the Zhang’s dog-days paste and evaluate its effect in treating asthma. RESULTS It was concluded that Ephedra, raw Kansui Root, fried Semen sinapis and Asarum oil were the effect components of Zhang’s dog-days paste in treating asthma. The optimal dose ratio is 200 mg·kg^-1：75 mg·kg^-1：100 mg·kg^-1：150 μL·kg^-1, respectively. CONCLUSION The optimized prescription of Zhang’s dog-days paste is effective and safe in treating asthma compared with negative control group.
