Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the optimal macroporous adsorption resin and process to separate phenylethanoid glycosides from
Cistanche tubulosa. METHODS Seven types of macroporous adsorption resin were evaluated for separating efficiency by measuring the adsorption ratio, eluting ratio of phenylethanoid glycosides. RESULTS The optimal technologies of DA-201 macroprous dosorption resin were as follows: the simple flow was 1.5 mL·min
-1 , the column was washed by 95% ethanol. After enrichment and purification, the product purity of phenylethanoid glycosides was up to 51.2%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, feasible and can provide useful reference for the isolation and purification of phenylethanoid glycosides from
Cistanche tubulosa.
