Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction from Liver Desease Hospital

摘要: 目的分析肝病患者药品不良反应(ADR)的发生规律，探讨临床合理用药。方法对我院2008年1月—2009年6月收集到的168例ADR报告进行分类统计。结果 168例ADR报告中，涉及药物37种，其中中成药13种(35.14%)，肝病辅助治疗药8种(21.62%)，抗感染药4种(10.81%)，抗病毒药4种(10.81%)等。ADR累及系统以皮肤及其附件损害最多，共79例(47.02%)，其次为全身性损害，上报了39例(23.21%)，有4例严重的ADR发生。结论应加强对肝病患者ADR的监测工作，以保证临床用药的安全性，有效性。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) and discuss reasonable clinical medication. METHODS The 168 cases of ADR reports collected from January 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of patients. RESULTS Thirty seven drugs of 9 categories were involved in 168 ADR reports. 35.14% were induced by Chinese medicines, 21.62% followed by hepatic protectors’ medicines, and others are anti-infective drugs (10.81%), antiviral drugs (10.81%) etc. The most common clinical manifestations of ADR were the damage of skin and appendants, 79 cases (47.02%). The whole body damage secondly, were reported 39 (23.21%). Four cases were more serious. CONCLUSION Liver desease should attach to the monitoring of drug ADRs, and make sure the drug treatment is safe and effective.
