Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) and discuss reasonable clinical medication. METHODS The 168 cases of ADR reports collected from January 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of patients. RESULTS Thirty seven drugs of 9 categories were involved in 168 ADR reports. 35.14% were induced by Chinese medicines, 21.62% followed by hepatic protectors’ medicines, and others are anti-infective drugs (10.81%), antiviral drugs (10.81%) etc. The most common clinical manifestations of ADR were the damage of skin and appendants, 79 cases (47.02%). The whole body damage secondly, were reported 39 (23.21%). Four cases were more serious. CONCLUSION Liver desease should attach to the monitoring of drug ADRs, and make sure the drug treatment is safe and effective.
