Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Identification and quality evaluation of complex traditional Chinese medicine preparation of Qinlian tablets were carried out by HPLC fingerprint analysis.METHODS HPLC-DAD fingerprint of Qinlian tablets was conducted with Zorbax column and non-linear elution with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1.5% glacial acetic acid and detective wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS Components of Qinlian tablets were separated completely in the chromatographic condition. The standard fingerprint consisted 10 co-possessing peaks. CONCLUSION The established HPLC fingerprint represents the whole character of Qinlian tablets. The method is found to be simple and accurate which enhanced the specialty for control and assessment of the product quality.
