HPLC测定复方抗结核凝胶中异烟肼和盐酸左氧氟沙星的含量

    Determination of Isoniazid and Levofloxacin in Compound Antituberculosis Gel by HPLC

    • 摘要: 目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方抗结核凝胶中异烟肼和盐酸左氧氟沙星的含量。方法 采用C18色谱柱,流动相: 乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1KH2PO4(18∶82),检测波长: 262 nm,柱温:30 ℃。流速: 0.8 mL·min-1。结果 异烟肼和盐酸左氧氟沙星均在2~20 μg·mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8 ),平均回收率分别为99.38%和100.12%。结论 本法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of isoniazid and levofloxacin in compound antituberculosis gel by HPLC. METHODS C18 column was used. Acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4(18∶82)was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 262 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS Isoniazid and levofloxacin had good linear relationship in the range of 2-20 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate of isoniazid and levofloxacin were 99.38% and 100.12%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate. It is suitable for quantitative analysis of isoniazid and levofloxacin in compound antitubercubosis gel.
