鹅不食草挥发油平喘作用的实验研究

Study on the Antiasthmatic Effects of Essential Oil from Centipeda minima

摘要: 目的研究鹅不食草挥发油的平喘作用。方法应用氯乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺进行药物性引喘以及离体豚鼠气管条的实验方法。结果鹅不食草挥发油经口服给药可对抗氯乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠喘息，明显延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期；鹅不食草挥发油还显著抑制磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠离体气管平滑肌的收缩。结论鹅不食草挥发油有良好的平喘解痉作用。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the antiasthmatic effects of the essential oil from centipeda minima. METHODS Used the animal model of spray-induced asthma and isolated tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pig to determine the antiasthmatic effects of the oil. RESULTS The essential oil significantly prolonged asthma latency and gasping on the guinea pig model of spray-induced asthma by ACH & HT. The oil also inhibited the constriction of tracheal smooth muscle in vitro. CONCLUSION The essential oil has a good therapeutic effect on asthma.
