Application of Excel to Build Biological Statistical Analysis Table of Determination of Antibiotic Potency

摘要: 目的利用微软公司Excel软件对抗生素效价测定结果进行生物统计分析。方法根据生物检定原理和统计要求，用Excel函数编辑公式，进行生物统计分析并对实验结果的可靠性进行评价。结果统计分析结果与抑菌圈扫描仪和手工计算一致。结论利用Excel软件能够有效处理抗生素效价测定数据，而且准确、直观，使用方便。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE Using Microsoft Excel software to determinate antibiotic potency of biological statistical analysis. METHODS Edit Excel function formula in accordance with the principle of bioassay and statistical requirements, and the reliability of the results were evaluated by statistical analysis of biological experiments. RESULTS The results of statistical analysis were the same as it is calculated by the inhibition zone scanners and hand. CONCLUSION The use of Excel software to deal with the results of determination of antibiotic potency is effective, accurate, intuitive and easy.
