HPLC测定愈骨疗伤胶囊中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量

Determination of Asperosaponin Ⅵ in Yugu Liaoshang Capsule by HPLC

摘要: 目的采用高效液相法测定愈骨疗伤胶囊中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。方法色谱柱Kromasil ODS-1 C₁₈柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，流动相：乙腈-水(30∶70)，检测波长：210 nm，流速：1 mL·min^-1。结果川续断皂苷Ⅵ的线性范围是0.4~ 3.28 μg(r=0.999 5)，回收率103.4%，RSD=1.76%。结论该方法简便快捷，结果准确可靠，可作为愈骨疗伤胶囊的质量控制手段。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To determine asperosaponin Ⅵ in Yugu Liaoshang capsule by HPLC. METHODS The chromatography procedure was carried out using Kromasil ODS-1 C₁₈ (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) as an analytic column and a mixture of 30 volume of acetonitrile, 70 volume of water as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS Asperosaponin Ⅵ line range was between 0.4 μg and 3.28 μg (r=0.999 5). The average recovery and RSD of asperosaponin Ⅵ were 103.4% and 1.76%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality assess of Yugu Liaoshang capsule.
