益骨口服液的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of YiGu Oral Solution

摘要: 目的制备益骨口服液，并观察临床疗效。方法确定处方组成，拟定该制剂的生产工艺流程，按醇提水沉法制成口服液，并分别观察对照组和治疗组各62例骨质疏松症患者。结果本制剂制备工艺可行，质量可靠。治疗组临床总有效率91.94%。而对照组总有效率为75.8%，两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论该制备工艺简单可行，临床疗效显著，无不良反应。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To prepare Yigu oral solution and study its clinical effects. METHODS Study on the preparing technology of Yigu oral solution according to the proved reciped, establish the quality control method and observe the clinical effects of 124 cases with osteoporosis. RESULTS The preparation technology was feasible and the quality control method was reliable. The effective rate of treatment group was 91.94%, and the effective rate of control group was 75.8%. There was significantly difference between two groups(P<0.001). CONCLUSION Yigu oral solution can cure osteoporosis with reliable theraptic efficacy and little side effect.
