血脂康联合阿司匹林预防脑梗死复发的疗效分析

Effect of Xuezhikang and Aspirin on Prevention of Ischemic Stroke Recurrence

摘要: 目的探讨长期服用血脂康联合阿司匹林对脑梗死复发的预防作用。方法对327例脑梗死患者进行回顾性调查，分别统计分析127例(观察组)长期服用血脂康联合阿司匹林患者及200例(对照组)单用阿司匹林患者的脑梗死复发率。结果脑梗死复发率观察组为8.66%，对照组为20.50%，前者明显低于后者(P<0.05)。结论长期服用血脂康联合阿司匹林对脑梗死复发有一定的预防作用。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the synergistic effect of Xuezhikang and aspirin on prevention of ischemic stroke recurrence. METHODS The 327 ischemic stroke patients were retrospectively investigated. 127 patients administered with Xuezhikang and aspirin, 200 patients with aspirin were compared for observing the recurrence of ischemic stroke. RESULTS The recurrence rate with prevention group was less than that of without preventive drugs (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Xuezhikang and aspirin is effective in prevention of ischemic stroke and no ADR is found.
