Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of microbiological preparation in helicobacter pylori therapy. METHODS 160 helicobacter pylori (HP)-positive patients were randomly divided into the compound lactobacillus group (compound lactobacillus and teprenone for one month) and PPI group(PPI for 7 d). After treatment, endoscopic mucosal resection and 14C-urea breath test were used to compare HP eradication rate of the two groups. RESULTS The eradication rate of compound lactobacillus group and control were 87.75% and 76.92%, with no statistical difference (P>0.05). CONCLUSION Our results suggest that microbiological preparation is similar to antibacterial in helicobacter pylori infection therapy, deserving further application.
