HPLC测定宁嗽露(糖浆剂)中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochlorid in Ninsoulu(Syrup) by HPLC

摘要: 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定宁嗽露(糖浆剂)中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil Ｃ18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸液(9∶91)，检测波长为207 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱线性范围为1.026～102.6 mg · mL-1(r=0.999 8)，平均回收率为99.02% (RSD=1.12%)。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于测定宁嗽露(糖浆剂)中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To determine the (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) content of ephedrine hydrochlorid in Ningsoulu (syrup) by HPLC. METHODS The stationary phase was Diamonsil C18 column and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(9∶91), and the wavelength was set at 207 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ephedrine hydrochlorid was 1.026-102.6 mg·mL-1(r =0.999 8) with an average recovery rate was 99.02% (RSD=1.12%). CONCLUSIONS The method was simple, accurate and reproduciable, and it can be applied to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochlorid in Ningsoulu(syrup).
