Abstract: OBJECTIVE To work out a method to determining wall-broken rate on asiatic comelian cherry fruit micropowder. METHODS Cytometry was used to investigate the influence of ultra-pulverization on asiatic comelian cherry fruit and determine wall-broken rate on asiatic comelian cherry fruit micropowder. RESUILS The regression analysis result of the weight of asiatic comelian cherry fruit powder and the number of complete cell indicated that both correlated significant. Wall-broken rate on asiatic comelian cherry fruit micropowder is 92.75%. CONCLUSION The method of cell counting on the powder of asiatic comelian cherry fruit is convenient, stabilize and reliable.
