黄连、吴茱萸不同配比对大鼠胃酸分泌及胃溃疡的影响

Effects of Compatibility in Coptis chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss) Benth on Peptic Ulcer Healing and Gastric Ulcer

摘要: 目的　比较黄连、吴茱萸不同配比对大鼠胃酸分泌和胃溃疡愈合治疗作用的影响，确定最佳配伍比例。方法　采取幽门结扎法和无水乙醇灌胃法造大鼠的胃酸分泌及胃溃疡模型，观察黄连、吴茱萸不同配比对其的影响。结果　黄连、吴茱萸各配比组均能不同程度的抑制大鼠胃酸分泌及溃疡指数，其中以6∶1实验组作用最强。结论　黄连、吴茱萸6∶1具有显著的抑制大鼠的胃酸分泌及抗溃疡作用，为最佳的配伍比例。

Abstract: OBJECTIVES To research compatibility in Coptis chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss) Benth on pep-tic ulcer healing and gastric secretion inhibition and in the end get the optimal compatibility. METHODS To get the optimal compatibility with the rat gastric ulcer models induced by the ligarde pylorus and ethyl alcohol. RESULTS All the compatibil-ity of Coptis chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss) Benth showed some action and the best compatibility is 6∶1. CONCLUSIONS Coptis chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss) Benth (6∶1) has the better action on peptic ulcer healing and gastric secretion inhibition than the others and it is the optimal compatibility.
