Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the reaction mechanism between BSA and DHP, such as nifidipine, nitrendipine, nicardipine, nimodipine and felodipine. METHODS Spectrofluorimetry and UV spectrophotometry were used.RESULTS Interaction parameters of DHP with BSA were obtained, such as the efficiency of energy transfer and the binding distances. CONCLUSION After DHP binding with albumn in vivo, DHP are transported to the accepter sites by albumn which is only a carrier.
