摘要: 目的建立测定痤疮醑剂中替硝唑及己烯雌酚的含量的方法。方法采用双波长系数倍数法,测定波长为239 nm,312nm。结果替硝唑回收率99.80%(RSD=0.384%,n=7);己烯雌酚回收率100.44%(RSD=0.158%,n=7)。结论方法简便快速、准确可靠,可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准。Abstract: OBJECTIVE Establish the determination method of Tinidazole and Diethylstilbestrol in acne spirits supposity.METHODS Adopt the double wave-length signal multiplier method,the determination wave-length is 239nm and 312nm.RESULTS The rate of recovery of Tini
