HPLC测定青霉素V钾片含量的不确定度分析

The Analysis of Measurement Uncertainty for Assay of Phenoxymethylpenicillin Potassium Tablets with HPLC

摘要: 目的使青霉素V钾片含量测定的测量受控。方法建立HPLC法测定青霉素V钾片含量的不确定度评定方法。结果对各个不确定度分量进行量化,提出了该法的合成不确定度评估结果。结论计算出扩展不确定度U=0.70%(k=2),称样量是测定结果的最主要影响因素。
