美丽胡枝子不同部位总黄酮含量测定

Determination of Flavonoids in Defferent Parts of Lespedeza Formosa(Vog.) Koehne

摘要: 目的测定美丽胡枝子不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,三氯化铝为显色剂,测定波长为272 nm。结果美丽胡枝子不同部位的总黄酮含量分别为:叶1.43%、茎0.40%、根0.39%。结论美丽胡枝子各部位总黄酮的含量从高到低顺序为叶>茎>根。
