抗癌药物莱菔子素的合成

Synthesis of Sulforaphane

摘要: 目的设计新的合成路线制备莱菔子素。方法以亚甲砜为原料经过三步反应合成莱菔子素。结果与结论目标产物的化学结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确证,该合成方法原料易得,操作简便,总收率为51.1%。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To design a new route to prepare sulforaphane.METHODS The target compound was synthesized from DMSO by three steps.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The structure of target compound was confirmed by IR,1HNMR,MS and the total yield was 51.1%.This procedure
