Abstract: OBJECTIVE To provide a rationale of safe pharmacotherapeutics by analyzing the incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADR).METHODS 234 incidences of ADR reported in the hospital were analyzed. RESULTS The highest incidence of ADR resulted from antibiotics,i.
