Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the analgesic effect and acute toxicity of Cobratide(CT),Tramadol(TMD),Sodium Diclofenac(SD),Nefopam Hydrochloride(NFP) used singly or used with CT.METHODS The analgesic effect of the medcines were screened by writhing-response in mouse
