冬凌草甲素超声提取工艺研究

摘要: 目的研究了用超声波提取冬凌草甲素的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法以冬凌草甲素提取率为考察指标,考察了超声时间、提取次数、乙醇用量对药材提取效果的影响。结果最佳工艺为:加12倍量的95%乙醇,提取三次,每次30min。结论该工艺可行。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the optimal ultrasonic extracting process of oridonin.METHODS The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal conditions including the amount of alcohol,extracting time and extracting times with extracting rate as an index.
