摘要: 目的建立鲎试剂法检测半成品丹参注射液中细胞内毒素的方法,以适应丹参注射液生产过程较快速检验的需要。方法中国药典2000版二部细菌内毒素检测法。结果鲎试剂法检测半成品丹参注射液细胞内毒素的结果与家兔法一致。结论鲎试剂可作为检测丹参注射液半成品的方法。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establishment the limuliod reagent inspection method of bacterial endotoxin to test semi-finished product of salvia miltiorrhiza injection.METHODS The test based on the method in 2nd book of China pharmacopoeia,2000.
