摘要: 目的研究维甲酸-β-环糊精的稳定性。方法以维甲酸含量为指标,分别对包合物和混合物进行抗热、抗光照、抗氧化实验。结果包合物中维甲酸含量在高温、光照、氧化条件下没有明显变化,而混合物中维甲酸含量有明显影响。结论维甲酸包合物在抗热、抗氧化、抗光照方面均优于混合物。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the stability of tretinoin inclusion compound.METHODS We used the content of tretinoin as an index and made a set of tests on high temperature and shine and oxidation with inclusion and mixture.
