    克咳胶囊质量标准研究

    Studies on quality standard of Keke Capsule

    • 摘要: 目的建立克咳胶囊的质量标准。方法对罂粟壳、甘草、苦杏仁进行薄层鉴别,采用HPLC法对麻黄碱进行含量测定。结果薄层鉴别重现性好;含量测定方法稳定,平均回收率为100.70%,精密度RSD为1.93%,重复性RSD为2.24%。结论薄层鉴别与含量测定方法稳定、简单,可行,重现性好。
