    衍生化紫外分光光度法测定新霉素含量

    Determination of neomycin by derivatization with UV-spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 目的建立硫酸新霉素中新霉素的含量测定方法。方法以乙酰丙酮-甲醛为衍生化试剂的紫外分光光度法,检测波长为285nm。结果新霉素在2.69～14.34μg·mL-1浓度范围内吸收度与浓度呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.63%。结论该法准确,快速,结果满意。
