混合型微胞对丁苯酞的增溶性研究

Solubility enhancement of butylphthalide in mixed micells

摘要: 目的研究开发增加丁苯酞溶解度的新方法。方法采用混合型微胞增溶法。结果磷脂混合型微胞能明显增加丁苯酞的溶解度,其溶解度较水溶液增加30倍。结论所建方法工艺简便,产品长期贮存质量稳定,为丁苯酞的注射剂型的开发打下了基础。
