比色法测定青钱柳中三萜类成分的含量

摘要: 目的建立青钱柳中三萜成分含量的测定方法。方法采用香草醛-冰醋酸、高氯酸显色法,于560nm处测定吸光度。结果方法的线性范围为4～24μg/mL,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为98.52%,样品中三萜成分含量为0.586%。结论方法简便,快速,结果准确,可靠,适合三萜成分的含量测定。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and accurate method for the determination of triterpene in cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)
